Website Color Grabber - Chrome Extension

The 'Aura — Page Color Vibes' Chrome extension provides a visual analysis of a webpage's color scheme. Upon activation, it injects a content script into the current tab to scan for colors used in various DOM elements, including background, text, and border colors, as well as sampling colors from images. It employs color parsing, clustering, and distance algorithms to identify the most prominent and distinct colors. The extracted palette is then displayed in the extension's popup UI, featuring individual color swatches, a dynamically generated animated gradient background, and a 'mood' descriptor (e.g., 'Warm & Airy', 'Cyber & Electric') derived from the average hue, saturation, and lightness of the palette. Each color swatch is clickable, allowing users to easily copy its hex code to the clipboard.
